Sr IT Analyst (Temp)

The problem investigator is responsible for end-to-end operational management of IT Problem Management globally. The Problem Investigator will drive the operational aspects of problems root cause analysis, identify corrective actions and leverage IT Service improvement. This role will coordinate problem investigations among IT Suppliers, IT Service owners, and IT Operations. The problem investigator will analyze incident chronology, asset history, monitoring events, and IT activities schedules, and set the strategy for IT Service improvement projects and known errors correction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive problem root cause analysis and corrective action identification.
  • Proactively provide inputs to IT Service continual improvement.
  • Analyze IT trends, and business analysis / impact.
  • Engage with the IT service delivery MOS.
  • Provide IT updates to business.
  • Reports KPIs and metrics to IT Leadership and Service Owners.
  • Align actions to IT priorities, and ensure process compliance.
  • Educate IT teams on investigation methodologies.
  • Maintain currency on IT skills.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, IT Auditor, or related field.
  • 2+ Years of working experience in IT. (Service Now Experience. at least 1 Year)
  • Deep understanding in IT Service Management.
  • Knowledge of investigation techniques. Working experience leading investigations.
  • Data analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills; conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Service follow-up meeting with our responsible users
  • Work meeting with the service provider to follow up on the contracted service levels.

Service Analyst Associate

As a Service Analyst Associate you will personally and punctually attend each of the dealers to migrate from Plexus point of sale to Cx+, completing the established process. You will report to the Head of Training, QA, Promotions and Communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review the migrated stores assigned to them to find contact information of the dealers
  • Complete pre-migration reports, send them and explain to each dealer how to correct the information to be displayed in Cx+.
  • Monitor the progress of the debugging of dealer information to guarantee a smooth migration.
  • Review the migration checklist that aims to validate that all the steps before the system change have been correctly completed.
  • Build the Cifras Control report of the migrated stores and send it to the dealers to let them know the information that actually migrated to Cx+.

Qualifications
