Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Descripción del empleo

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading regular preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure successful production activities. This role involves maintaining a safe and clean environment for all employees, customers, and visitors. The Maintenance Manager will determine utilities requirements for new equipment installations, modify plant layouts, and manage equipment transfers to AMETEK Reynosa.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure good working conditions and reliability of all division equipment.
  • Create, control, and execute maintenance programs (TPM, PM, Corrective, Predictive).
  • Coordinate works and improvements with other members of the RHT division.
  • Troubleshoot failures and make decisions.
  • Control spare parts inventory.
  • Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Prepare maintenance reports (Downtime, MTTF, MTTR, Planned vs. Unplanned maintenance).
  • Develop supplier relationships.
  • Support audits.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Technical knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric schematics.
  • Familiarity with TPM, LO/TO (Log-Out/Tag-Out) procedures.
  • Knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes, CNC maintenance, A/C-chiller systems, vacuum systems, and servomotors.
  • Critical thinking skills for troubleshooting and detecting malfunctions.
