Responsibilities

• Evaluate and ensure the correct implementation of the Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) management plans for all project activities, aligned with internal standards and applicable regulations.
• Provide technical assistance to field personnel in identifying, preventing, and correcting acts and conditions affecting personnel and facilities' integrity.
• Verify compliance with HSE annexes and contractual requirements, ensuring operations meet these standards.
• Review and coordinate corrective, preventive, and improvement actions from audits, observations, or customer requirements, focusing on continuous HSE process improvement.
• Support in managing and processing building permits at each project stage, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist field personnel in adhering to the Management System guidelines specified in the contract, providing guidance during project activities.
• Participate in meetings and work sessions with clients on HSE matters.
• Develop inspection and maintenance programs, perform inspections, controls, and safety evaluations according to standards.
• Implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions from audits and observations, emphasizing continuous process improvement.
• Support in developing commissioning and operation procedures.
• Assist in safety during commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, regulations, and standards to mitigate risks.
