Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly motivated HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety and environmental activities on a large-scale data center project in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico. The role requires driving HSE excellence on site and liaising with project teams, contractors and client representatives.

The successful candidate will implement HSE plans, conduct inspections, and promote a culture of safety.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years on data center, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican HSE regulations.
• Experience implementing HSE plans and contractor safety programs.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of NOM-031-STPS, NOM-009-STPS, NOM-017-STPS and related safety regs.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site HSE activities for the project.
• Oversee compliance with HSE plans, permit-to-work systems, and safety procedures.
• Promote safety culture through inductions, toolbox talks, and campaigns.
• Review JHAs, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
