An established industry player is seeking a Heating and Refrigeration Sales Engineer to drive sales of new machines within the Refrigeration sector. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key customer accounts, and collaborating with service teams to enhance customer experiences. The Heating and Refrigeration Sales Engineer manages the assigned resources meet customers’ needs within the context of promoting sales of all assigned GEA Refrigeration New Machines products. S/he reports to the FHT Head of Sales, responsible for new machines sales within the assigned product group or application cluster in the country. This includes the revenue responsibility for €4, mio. Their main goal is to detail and implement the country sales strategy, perform sales planning / forecasting, and develop product portfolio (in close cooperation with the Division) and drive revenues through new machines sales in the assigned cluster. They will focus on new machines delivery and meeting customer needs and promoting the "GEA" vision - a coordinated approach to sales across the entire organization.
