This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials, when the separation occurs, expected in late 2025 or early 2026. Candidates who are placed in this role understand and agree to convey this to SAM when the separation occurs.

As the HR Services Global Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering high-quality HR services to employees and managers. Your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, global mobility programs, and operational services. You will ensure smooth processes, manage vendor partnerships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with local laws, provide guidance on complex HR issues, and maintain a customer-centric approach. Building strong relationships with HR leadership, communications, HR COE teams, and stakeholders is essential to proactively address business needs.

You will significantly impact the employee experience, ensuring legal compliance and supporting seamless onboarding. You will report to the Sr HR Service Director and work in the SLP location on a hybrid schedule.

Must Have

• 4+ years of HR experience focusing on operations and service delivery
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience managing HR systems and data, proficiency in HRIS software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced English skills
