Formación

Descripción del empleo

Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing policies for recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation and benefits administration, employee services, training and development, organizational development, occupational health and safety, medical services, and other administrative functions. The goal is to attract, retain, and motivate talent aligned with the company's operational needs, while promoting a harmonious labor environment. Reports directly to the General Manager and oversees the Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leads, supervises, and occasionally executes the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for indirect personnel.
  2. Coordinates staffing actions to meet the minimum personnel requirements for new or existing plants.
  3. Listens, follows up, and resolves employee conflicts raised by managers, supervisors, and staff.
  4. Oversees the HR Supervisor and indirectly manages the Recruitment Coordinator, Payroll Coordinator, Compensation & Benefits Coordinator, and Employee Services Coordinator.
  5. Develops and enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the company’s labor and ethical conduct code (EICC), implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  6. Designs and implements employee retention strategies.
  7. Develops initiatives to reduce turnover and absenteeism.
  8. Ensures proper administration of employee incentives and salary adjustments.
  9. Prepares various HR statistical reports for corporate purposes.
  10. Ensures compliance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law.
  11. Oversees the application of the Internal Work Regulations.
  12. Represents HR in internal meetings.
