Overview
Coordinate the department's operation and compliance with internal policies and regulations, decision-making, conflict management, and metrics monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring department metrics.
- Coordination with NAPS legal department for managing labor issues, agreements, lawsuits, etc.
- Drafting, updating, and aligning HR policies and procedures for application in other areas.
- Monitoring the training of new department staff.
- Responsibility for indirect personnel hiring follow-ups (requisitions, proposals, offers, DC3, and system enrollment).
- Responsible for updating job descriptions.
- Contract terminations due to RIT violations or end of term periods.
- Monitoring leaders and supervisors for proper RIT application and complaints system usage.
- Coordinating the annual motivational events program activities.
- Execution and follow-up of the annual training, instruction, and productivity plan.
- Participation and preparation for audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others.
- Ensuring services for employees, such as transportation and cafeteria.
- Liaison and follow-up with the company union.
- Monitoring and reviewing service contracts with various department providers.
- Participation and follow-up on projects, career plans, social forecasting, and continuous HR improvement.

Essential requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in English for conversations with colleagues.
- Experience using TRESS system.
- A degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
Preferred requirements
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
