Job Description

Manage the HR VP's office to ensure proper allocation of resources, planning, and follow-up on deliverables to meet deadlines for strategic projects and tasks.

  • Gather data and analyze it for presentations (internal and external)
  • Plan meetings with direct reports, the HR community, and leaders
  • Control the budget of assigned economic resources
  • Plan agendas and manage the HR VP's schedule (trips, meetings, visits)
  • Organize events, including logistics planning, budget control, and liaising with purchasing

The profile will be developed under the mentorship of the VP, with the potential to transition in 1 to 2 years into the Compensation and Benefits department or another area within HR.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or data analytics
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
