TTI Latin America is in Search of our next superstar HR Specialist located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

The Human Resources Specialist is accountable for the full-cycle recruitment of candidates to meet current and future Mexico staffing needs, including developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing, testing, and onboarding processes. Additionally, this role is responsible for processing all branch-related employment documents and providing general administrative clerical support to the Latin America Human Resources Department.

What our HR Specialist does:

• Supports the recruiting needs of the Latin America organization with strategy development, ad placement, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Utilizes all available recruiting resources to post positions and proactively source qualified candidates. Measures the time required to fill each position to ensure prompt processing of critical resources.
• Manages the employee selection process for all positions across departments, ensuring internal posting, sourcing external candidates, presenting qualified, pre-screened candidates to hiring managers, and coaching managers on selection and testing tools.
• Manages relationships with employment agencies, coordinating candidate flow, and ensuring service and quality standards are met.
• Collaborates with managers, employees, the TTI Corporate payroll team, and the Mexico payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Maintains Mexico employee personnel records in compliance with legal and corporate standards.
• Provides general administrative and clerical support to the Latin American Human Resources team.

What we look for:

• 3-5 years of related experience, including human resources, payroll, customer service, and general office work. A degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources) is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) at an intermediate level.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to assist others as needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
