A leading technology firm in Mexico seeks an HR Manager to define and implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with laws, and manage recruitment processes. The role involves planning HR projects and providing support for staffing initiatives. Candidates should have experience in HR operations and project management. This position may require working non-routine hours.

Responsibilities
Defining, implementing and/or maintaining overarching HR strategy, policies, and guidelines for VISHAY or assigned entities.
Planning and coordinating, and/or implementing HR projects and processes (i.e., programs, initiatives, and surveys, etc...).
Ensuring HR operations and matters (i.e., performance mgmt., leaves or disciplinary matters, disputes, legal claims, etc.)
Identifying organization staffing and recruiting needs, and ensuring or executes effective recruitment programs.
Ensuring utilization, or effectively utilizing HR systems and tools (e.g. HRIS systems, HR cloud services, etc...)
Monitoring and ensuring the organization’s compliance with employment laws and regulations.
A job at this level…
Executes non-routine and case-specific analytics to support stakeholder (inside and outside own team).
Provides qualified support, i.e., introducing guidelines and services, ensuring documentation, or serves as escalation instance for an administrative team of Coordinators.
Acts as 2nd level support for requests, for customers and other stakeholder involved, and takes further investigations to clarify issues.
May support professionals in design and implementation of functional guidelines to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Plans team related work and service, in support of the responsible team leader or manager.
Performs independent judgement on subjects of relevance for the process assigned.
