Descripción del empleo

The HR Shared Services Technician is a key function within the People Team operating model. He/she is responsible for two main activities: processing requests from employees and managers regarding lifecycle events, such as hiring, firing, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments, and absences. Additionally, they interact with employees, managers, and other stakeholders through chat and telephone, resolving doubts and redirecting queries.

General Activities:

  1. Processing requests from employees and managers on lifecycle events (hirings, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments, and absences).
  2. Creating and distributing documentation.
  3. Interacting with customers via chat and telephone related to HR service management events.
  4. Communicating effectively to build trust with the team and employees.
  5. Supporting critical employee lifecycle functions, optimizing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and acting as frontline support.
  6. Taking initiative, working proactively and autonomously, understanding the expected outcomes and working entrepreneurially to achieve them.
  7. Supporting HR frontline employee services, HR data management, HR program administration, HR compliance and reporting, and HR process improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Technician or Bachelor Degree.
  • Advanced English level / fluent in English speaking.
  • Strong customer interaction skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Desirable: Experience in human resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously.
