A leading company in the HR field is seeking an HR Shared Services Technician. This role is crucial for processing lifecycle events like hiring and promotions, and it requires strong customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be organized and attentive to detail, ready to interact with employees and managers to resolve queries effectively.
The HR Shared Services Technician is a key function within the People Team operating model. He/she is responsible for two main activities: processing requests from employees and managers regarding lifecycle events, such as hiring, firing, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments, and absences. Additionally, they interact with employees, managers, and other stakeholders through chat and telephone, resolving doubts and redirecting queries.
