Corning Incorporated in Monterrey, Mexico is hiring an HR Shared Services Coordinator to deliver consistent, efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding and offboarding while partnering with regional stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years of HR experience, experience with the TRESS system, and strong data privacy and customer-service skills, with a flexible schedule to cover key activities as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of HR experience including onboarding/offboarding and employee data management.
• Experience with the TRESS System.
• Intermediate English proficiency; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a key point of support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring onboarding and offboarding are executed consistently.
• Manage a broad range of day-to-day HR activities including data maintenance, case management, and inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR operations by following procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits) to deliver seamless shared services.
• Support operational excellence through reporting, KPI monitoring, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Are you looking to enhance your career in a fast-paced environment and be part of an energetic team?What is your role?As HR Shared Services Coordinator you will play a key role in delivering consistent, efficient, and compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle while supporting critical HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding, partner with stakeholders across regions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure an exceptional employee experience.

What will you do?

• Serve as a key point of support throughout the employee lifecycle, helping ensure onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes are executed consistently.
• Manage a broad range of day-to-day HR activities, including employee data maintenance, case management, and timely resolution of employee and manager inquiries.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of HR operations by following established procedures, maintaining data integrity, and supporting adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with partners across HR and the business, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders, to deliver a seamless and high-quality shared services experience.
• Support operational excellence through reporting and analysis, helping monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to enhance service delivery and process effectiveness.

What do you need?

• Bachelors degree.
• 2+ years of experience in HR including supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
• Experience working with TRESS System.
• Intermediate-level English proficiency
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule when required to support key business activities, including occasional weekend coverage.
