Job Description
  • Oversee all payroll processing activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payment.
  • Provide comprehensive support before and after payroll runs, including resolving all payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Manage and utilize ticket systems to track, prioritize, and resolve HR service requests efficiently.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of HRIS to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain HR data reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure proper management of payroll records, including personal information and payroll history.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including payroll and benefits management for the USA.
  • Prior experience implementing HR SSC / GBS.
  • Experience with ticket management systems and HRIS.
  • Strong analytical skills.
