Responsible for the delivery of moderate transactional and informational services to all customers in Americas Region, including tasks related to HR general processes handling payroll, time / absence, mobility, benefits & pension activities as well global service delivery (Organization & Position Management, HR Knowledge Management Database, Learning Administration, HR Data Quality Management and Compensation, Awards and Mobility administration).


Responsibilities

  • Perform HR general processes to all Americas Region as payroll, time / absence, benefits & pension, and global service delivery (Organization & Position Management, HR Knowledge Management Database, Learning Administration, HR Data Quality Management and Compensation, Awards and Mobility administration).
  • Responsible to support all transactional HR processes in Americas countries: Canada, USA, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Venezuela.
  • Participate in the projects to consolidate, understand, document and execute the HR Regional processes into our HR HUB / Shared Service Center in Mexico City.
  • Process HR transactions including new hires, onboarding, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Collaborate with our global team of HR Service Hub Leadership in the standardization of HR processes to ensure consistency.
  • Handle moderate employee inquiries allocated in his/her responsibility, resolving in priority order or forwarding to the respective queue, and inform requestor about inquiry status.
  • Serve as contact to HR Vendors (e.g. Payroll, Time, ...) and other stakeholders (employees, managers, HR Consultants, CoEs, ...)
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions.

Requirements

  • College Degree or Bachelor in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related areas.
  • Experience in HR processes in the USA is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of personnel administration with working experience at HR HUB/SSC (Shared Service Center) environment (Tier level support, escalation, ticket handling, ...)
  • Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, surrounding systems environment and HR Vendors (Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Pensions, ...)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools in order to handle data building, template uploads and data review with moderate data sizing.
  • Advanced English skills to handle oral and writing conversations with other countries.
  • Solution-driven, good communication and interpersonal skills, team & customer oriented, good listening skills, assertiveness, proactivity, detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
