The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Mexico is seeking an experienced HR Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive process excellence across HR Hub operations from Hire to Retire. You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, standardize processes, and partner with HR, Technology, and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven improvements.

You will design and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and governance, ensuring compliance while adopting automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Formación

• 5-8 years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Excellence, or Transformation roles.
• Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services, or HR Service Delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt certification preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement and transformation projects.
• Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Dayforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with automation, workflow tools, reporting, and analytics solutions is a plus.
• Strong business English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire).
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and non-value-added activities, implementing solutions to improve performance and service quality.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Drive standardization, process simplification, and automation opportunities leveraging digital tools, robotics, and AI solutions.
• Partner with HR, Technology, and cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain process documentation, controls, and governance standards to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder reviews, and change management activities to support adoption of new processes and solutions.
