Overview

Position Title: HR Payroll Implementation Lead

Category/Shift: Salaried Full-Time

Physical Location: Queretaro

The Job You Will Perform
  • Ensures that all work is completed on time and in accordance with established procedures, while promoting safety.
  • Lead the HR Center of Excellence (COE) team.
  • Develop and implement project payroll strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the deployment of payroll and time and attendance software.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR processes and support the team post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address Payroll HR-related issues and improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Payroll HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with internal and governmental regulations and audit reporting requirements.
