Job Description
Job Purpose
Ensure the management, coordination, and compliance of all training activities at the Querétaro Plant — including both personal development and customer-specific requirements — by closing skill gaps through 70-20-10 learning strategies, enabling associates to perform their roles effectively and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development: Design and follow up on curricula for QueP and Training Matrix according to client requirements, Bosch mandatory trainings, and Competence Management.
Needs Assessment: Analyze skill gaps in associates and provide complementary trainings to support career development (Skill Camp).
Delivery of Training: Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs — including registering external trainings in the Bosch system.
KPI Tracking: Ensure full compliance of training programs, maintain the training database for the Plant Training Dashboard, and register all certifications and diplomas.
Continuous Education: Monitor and ensure associates comply with continuous education requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to develop job-specific training modules and career development plans.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, learning methodologies, Bosch platforms, and HR best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
Qualifications
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the automotive industry and 1–3 years in Human Resources.
Languages: Advanced English and Spanish.
Technical Knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office 360 (minimum 60% proficiency, especially in Excel and Projects), Power BI.
