The Opportunity

As HR Ops Assoc Manager your scope would consist of appling knowledge of the Data Science & Advanced Analytics area to ensure achievement of key area goals and objectives. May mentor and/or manage talent to ensure tasks, processes, and projects are completed in an
accurate and timely manner, providing direction or support as needed. Independently resolves complex
problems without clear precedents, requiring extensive investigation and analysis. Responsible for creating data
mining algorithms/architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis to identify trends in
large data sets, based on scientific methodologies for Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits


Responsibilities

  • Engage with HR partners and stakeholders to translate people-related business problems into data-driven solutions,
    insights, plans and recommendations toward attraction, development and retention of human capital.
  • Support the design and lead the execution of experiments, in partnership with your team members, to understand human
    behavior and value different intervention options.
  • Prepare and deliver the strategic workforce plan assessing workforce risks and translating insights into meaningful
    recommendations to drive strategy, action and decision-making at executive levels.
  • Apply and improve existing predictive models and advanced statistical analyses to solve for business problems.
  • Deliver valuable insights and recommendations on relevant subjects to stakeholders and HR leadership team.
  • Support technical project teams as lead analyst, working at the direction of project leaders and working with more junior
    team members to broaden their analytics skills.
  • Help build an analytics culture by collaborating with other analytics authorities across the organization, identifying new technologies and approaches, and creating a robust set of analytics tools.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Advanced degree (Masters preferred) in an applied quantitative or social science discipline, such as Data Science, Computer
    Science, Applied Statistics, I/O Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Mathematics, Anthropology, Political Science, Economics,
    Finance or Demography with an emphasis on use of advanced technologies and empirical research.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consulting, Business Intelligence and Insights delivery activities.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in building multi-variate statistical modeling, including approaches like linear and logistic regression.
  • Experience applying AI and machine/deep learning towards topics like prediction modeling, text analytics, sentiment
    analysis, and/or path analysis.
  • Experience managing data acquisition and organization, as required to build statistical models
  • Proficiency in at least one coding or statistical software package (e.g., Java, Python, C++, R, SPSS, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, SQL,etc.)
  • Experience with one of Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, as well as Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Language ability in: English, with Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to effectively handle complex data sets and data integrity issues.
  • Interest in further developing and applying knowledge of AI and other technologies to solve human and business problems
  • Agile, adaptable, and open to new ideas and cultures

  • Willingness to travel throughout Central and South America
