HR Operations Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the Employee Lifecycle and Data Administration within the HR Operational Services division. You will be responsible for delivering HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers, and employees. Your tasks include processing personnel movements, handling payroll incidents, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy in systems and databases. The work model for this role is: #LI-Hybrid. This position is based in San Luis Potosí.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  1. Personnel movements (any change of personnel in relation to the system).
  2. Incidents related to payroll and induction list management.
  3. Headcount reports, casualties, and personnel movements.
  4. Identifying process improvement opportunities and leading related projects.
  5. Preparing reports and documents for authorities and ensuring quality control.
  6. Maintaining up-to-date employee and organizational data with high quality and accuracy, providing reports as required.
Qualifications for the role
  • At least three years of experience in HR, with a focus on reporting, data analysis, and payroll.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with Workday.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
  • A proactive attitude and a 'can-do' mindset to serve customers effectively.
  • Advanced English skills; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
