About the role

As HRIT Operational Lead, you'll ensure our HR technology systems operate smoothly, supporting our global HR functions. You'll lead efforts to harmonize technology with human potential, ensuring seamless HR processes that support our people strategy. Your responsibilities
  1. Solid experience with HRIT systems, preferably platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve system issues.
  3. Proven leadership and team management experience.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  5. Knowledge of data privacy and system integrity.
  6. Experience with change management and strategic plan execution.
