Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional recruitment plans that support the company’s growth targets.
- Identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates by leveraging both conventional and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of talent through a variety of channels, including professional associations, online job boards, university partnerships, industry conferences, recruitment firms, employee referrals, and digital outreach.
- Enhance the organization’s employer brand through focused recruitment marketing efforts.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and screening applicants to conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing clear, prompt, and personalized communication throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor and assess key recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with labor market developments, salary trends, and best practices within the region.
- Guarantee compliance with local employment laws and internal company standards during all hiring activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and proficiency in English (B2). Fluency in Portuguese will be considered as an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist or HR Specialist, within the FX industry
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, with a solid understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices
- Knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
