About your functions and responsibilities

As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing the team across Latin America by driving a strong, data-driven, and inclusive recruitment strategy.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and executing regional hiring plans aligned with growth targets
  • Sourcing and engaging high-performing talent using modern recruitment tools and outreach strategies
  • Creating and maintaining talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, universities, events, and direct search
  • Enhancing the employer brand through recruitment marketing and community engagement
  • Leading the full-cycle hiring process—from job posting to onboarding
  • Monitoring recruitment KPIs and improving performance over time
  • Staying current on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices
  • Ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal HR policies
What do you need to be successful?
  • Advanced Spanish (C1) and intermediate English (B2); Portuguese is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with regional scope
  • Proven success hiring for commercial, business development or sales roles
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities using diverse platforms
  • Strategic mindset with a flair for designing engaging recruitment campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for people
  • Experience with ATS systems and digital recruitment tools
  • Previous experience in financial services or brokerage sectors is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Mexican employment law and HR compliance
