Formación

• Más de 10 años de experiencia internacional en Recursos Humanos generalista.
• Conocimiento del sector industrial es un plus.
• Fluido en inglés y español.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar con líderes empresariales para gestionar eficazmente el personal.
• Diseñar e implementar políticas locales en conformidad con las políticas del Grupo.
• Supervisar la eficacia del ciclo de vida de los empleados.

As the HR Manager for Mexico, you will act as a strategic business partner to the local management and be accountable for local HR operations, ensuring that all HR initiatives support local business goals and the broader A2MAC1 Group strategy.

You will be responsible for driving the HR agenda and ensuring compliance with both local regulations and global standards.

The ideal candidate has a generalist HR background with hands-on leadership experience.

Scope: 100 employees in the region, 1 direct report

Requirements

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic objectives through effective people management and HR practices
• Design and implement local policies in accordance with Group policies
• Ensure employee lifecycle effectiveness, in line with Group policies
• Drive recruitment, being responsible for the country's recruitment plan, working closely with the global talent acquisition team to meet targets
• Lead onboarding of new hires
• Implement global and local performance and talent development initiatives
• Ensure compensation fairness in line with the Group's compensation strategy
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and growth in a dynamic business environment
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive functional excellence
• Oversee compliance with local labor laws, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics

Professional Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Over 10 years of international generalist HR experience
• Knowledge of the industrial sector is a plus
