Procter & Gamble Tepeji plant seeks a Human Resources and Employee Experience Intern. This part-time internship lasts 12–18 months with flexible hours, starting ASAP. You will support communication, engagement, talent development, training, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the Tepeji facility.

You will work on focused objectives that drive business impact, coordinate meetings, assist with performance cycles, and help promote belonging through EVE surveys and other programs.

Formación

• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Support communication strategy for annual employee performance, evaluation, and growth cycle; coordinate leadership meetings and events.
• Follow up on business strategies and priorities on a quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis.
• Support HR projects including compensation transition and talent development initiatives.
• Promote employee engagement and employee experience programs, including EVE surveys and actions to strengthen belonging.
• Support capability-building initiatives for administrative and technical employees, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
