Procter & Gamble is seeking a Human Resources Intern at the Tepeji plant, Hidalgo. Work is part-time with flexible hours, starting ASAP for 12 to 18 months. You will contribute to employee engagement, communication, talent development, and DEI initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualified students in HR, business, or organizational psychology with advanced English and a Dec 2027–Jun 2028 graduation window are encouraged to apply. Salary is 9,000–18,000 MXN gross, depending on hours worked.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.

Responsabilidades

• Support communication strategy for performance, evaluation and growth cycles.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and events related to development.
• Assist HR projects including compensation transition and talent initiatives.
• Promote employee engagement andＥmployee experience programs.
• Support capability-building and inclusion initiatives.
