We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Generalist to support our Corporate Offices and Sales Teams across 3 key business segments: Professional Hygiene, Health & Medical, and Global Business Services.
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, fostering positive employee relations and guiding teams through a variety of HR processes and workplace matters. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment that aligns with company values and business goals.
About the Role
The HR Generalist/Specialist plays a key role in supporting the delivery and coordination of a wide range of HR programs and activities. This position operates within established guidelines and collaborates closely with experienced HR professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support across the organization.

What You Will Do
- Provides professional HR support to HR and line management across a range of operational and administrative processes, including recruitment, training, organizational development, data reporting, and compliance. Ensures all activities align with HR policies, processes, and legal requirements.
- Secure, that activities are carried out according to agreed HR processes and policies and are compliant with legal requirements.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering expert guidance on assigned topics and proposing local improvements for more effective delivery. Supports overall HR process execution and maintains high data quality through relevant systems and tools.
- Propose local adaptation to harmonize and/or improve process delivery.
- Contributes to overall HR process delivery with input or as process member.
- Applies and maintains relevant tools and system ensuring data quality.
- Contributes to a service culture to fulfill the service level agreement.
- Serves as the first point of contact (Tier 1) for approximately 500 employees across Corporate Offices, Business Center, and Sales Teams.
- Manages employee relations, including grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversees white-collar terminations, ensures accurate payment control, and handles external legal demands in coordination with external legal counsel.
- Coaches and trains white-collar operations partners on HR policies, processes, programs and strategies.
- Stays updated on employment law and employment law trends.
- Prepares and consolidate HR KPIS for monthly tracking
- Support or leads HR related projects
- Builds capability partnering with line managers, HR colleagues, and others business partners to jointly deliver business objectives and resolve issues. relationship building, employee/labor relations, etc.
- Supports the internal communication plans.
- Manages internal communication tools and programs.
- Promotes and expands of positive employee relations in the offices.

Who You Are
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including roles such as HR Generalist or Personnel Administration, in commercial and business center environments in Mexico.
- 2 years prior experience in FMCG, service or pharma companies.
- Proven ability to lead change and drive organizational transformation.
- Comfortable working in a complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrates strong ethical standards and compliance, acting as a role model for integrity
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), with frequent interaction in global meetings and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mid-level), especially in data analysis and budget forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering or another related field.
