Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to proactively develop recruitment strategies for long-term needs.
- Manage or support the recruitment lifecycle, including hiring manager partnership, agency employee administration, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, participation, and offer letter administration.
- Conduct employee relations and investigations, providing corrective action recommendations based on objective criteria and facts, designed to achieve desired performance/conduct, consistently administered, and legally defensible.
- Produce compensation recommendations adhering to band structure, promotion guidelines, internal equity, external competitiveness, and within five business days.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and recruiting best practices, including sourcing diverse candidates.
- Provide orientation and ongoing training and development programs for employees.
- Advise business units on employment law matters and interface with HR Manager on policies & guidelines.
- Participate in HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Complete employee change requests promptly and accurately in partnership with site leadership.
- Provide accurate HR reports and exit interview data on voluntary terminations.
Essential Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in an HR Generalist role supporting managers with employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and coaching.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and TRESS system.
