A leading tech consultancy is looking for an HR Generalist in Jalisco, Mexico. This role involves shaping HR strategies, overseeing onboarding, managing terminations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Administration.
  • Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law.
  • Experience with onboarding and termination processes.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee the onboarding and hiring process for new employees.
  • Manage the termination process, including document control.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and audit processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Support immigration cases with external lawyers.
  • Design and update HR policies to meet global requirements.

Project description

In this role, you will hold a key position in shaping our HR Generalist strategy, and optimize the HR employee lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless service delivery, and enhancing overall efficiency. You will be accountable for the HR Generalist team for Mexico, collaborating with HR Admin from other countries. Specialist mostly but also working hand by hand with HRBPs.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Onboarding and Hiring process for new employees.
  • Manage the Termination Process, including document creation, signature follow-ups, process control, and support for HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
  • Ensure Legal and Compliance adherence by leading audit processes for employee documentation, verifying compliance and accuracy, and implementing NOMs and local regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records with all necessary documentation.
  • Together with external lawyers, support Immigration cases
  • Help to design and update HR policies in compliance with Global Requirements and as per local Legislation
  • Collaborate and communicate consistently with other departments to ensure efficient daily issue resolution.
