HR Generalist

What You’ll Do

  • Promote a work environment in accordance with the company's values.
  • Responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the recruitment process, communication, services, and engagement initiatives for employees.
  • Manage engagement and retention of both direct and indirect personnel.
  • Monitor and address turnover, absenteeism, hiring, personnel satisfaction, and budget considerations.
