Subsea7 is seeking a detail-oriented HR support assistant in Mérida, Mexico, to help prepare and update Excel reports and to verify crew and vessel documentation for projects. You will maintain crewing records, manage document control, and ensure data accuracy across large datasets.

Ideal candidates will have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts), be in the final semester of a related degree, and demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

Formación

• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, filters, charts.
• Final-semester student in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, update, and analyse Excel reports using advanced functions.
• Verify and validate personnel documents for project vessels to ensure validity and compliance.
• Maintain the crewing database.
• Manage document control for both physical and digital files.
• Identify information inconsistencies or missing data and report them.
• Enter operational pre-payroll data (incidents/variations).
