Join Our Team as a HR Coordinator!

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. In this integral role, you will be at the forefront of coordinating recruitment and selection processes while collaborating efficiently with various departments throughout the organisation.

About the Role

As an HR Coordinator, you will provide essential support to both HR operations and the broader team, ensuring that staff recruitment aligns with the strategic goals of the company. Your expertise will also be invaluable in advising management and staff on policies, programmes, and HR practices, serving as a bridge between employees and the organisation’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment and selection processes in partnership with hiring departments, ensuring a smooth and effective transition for new hires.
• Deliver basic and specialised analysis, interpretation, and advice regarding HR policies and practices, leading the implementation of changes when needed.
• Participate actively in the induction and onboarding processes for new employees, fostering a welcoming and informative start to their journey with us.
• Continuously analyse and review HR processes, outcomes, feedback, and data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present findings with actionable recommendations to management.
• Ensure the accuracy of HR-related databases and reports through thorough auditing, inquiries, and operational reviews, collaborating with teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Interpret and apply departmental policies and procedures, assisting in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Provide support and guidance to staff on various HR topics including policies, benefits, and leave entitlements.
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment by facilitating internal communications and supporting processes to enhance organisational culture.
• Participate in conflict resolution and follow-up on disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and effective handling of all situations.
