We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. In this integral role, you will be at the forefront of coordinating recruitment and selection processes while collaborating efficiently with various departments throughout the organisation.
About the RoleAs an HR Coordinator, you will provide essential support to both HR operations and the broader team, ensuring that staff recruitment aligns with the strategic goals of the company. Your expertise will also be invaluable in advising management and staff on policies, programmes, and HR practices, serving as a bridge between employees and the organisation’s mission.
