Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 1 year of HR or customer service experience.
• Advanced English (conversational).
• Provide superior customer service and first contact resolution.
• Experience in US customer service is a plus.
• Experience in phone and customer service support.
• Knowledge base in HR to provide consistent service.
• Proficient with ServiceNow and Workday systems.
• Proactive in process improvements and efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and timely first contact resolution to employees and managers.
• Support HR Operations with admin transactions, data validation, auditing and corrections.
• Assist SME with policies and procedures.
• Ensure data integrity through audits of the HRIS.
• Update work processes for policies and procedures.
• Offer policy interpretation recommendations.
• Act as employee and customer advocate.
• Prepare ongoing HR reports to administer programs.
