Formación

HR Administration Associate ll - (Bilingual)

Job Description:

Our next HR Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. We’re looking for a candidate who has some HR experience but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor, the ability to think outside the box, and strong Excel skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Initiates requisitions and/or assists with facilitating appropriate approvals for requisitions.

  • Enters and tracks candidate data in various electronic systems and runs standard reports as required.

  • Administers pre-employment activities, including, but not limited to, coordinating forms, applications, offer letters, drug testing, and background checks.

  • Fields general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

  • Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.

  • Continuously create and define process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus.

  • Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business related field required.

  • Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday and Microsoft office products.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.

  • Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.

  • Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.

  • Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.

$18,508.33 - $25,384.63 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
