Jobtailor is seeking a systems administrator in Querétaro to manage Linux-based HPC environments and assist users with high-performance computing tasks. You will handle job scheduling, software installation, and automation scripting, while maintaining CAE-related tooling and parallel clusters.

The role requires strong English, good organization, and clear communication skills, with hands-on experience in AWS ParallelCluster, PBS, and SLURM. A background in CAE software is advantageous.

Formación

• Must have a BSc in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of Linux Administration experience.
• 1+ years of HPC Management experience.
• Proficiency in job scheduling and software installation.
• Experience in Python and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with CAE software and ANSA/META or Hyperworks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain parallel job management workflows.
• Maintain system software and firmware revisions, including patches and OS upgrades.
• Implement solutions, repairs and workarounds as needed.
• Create automation scripts for CAE pre- and post-processing.
• Provide user support when issues arise.
