Formación

About the role of Housekeeping Coordinator:

The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the daily housekeeping operations in both AM and PM services, as well as the preparation of daily reports, always in accordance with the quality standards established by Four Seasons.

What you will do:

  • Will be in charge of tracking and assigning rooms that have arrival of the day so that they are ready before the guest's arrival time.
  • Keeping the corresponding report of guest calls and DND (Do not Disturb) report as well as the reports and inventory that are necessary for the department.
  • Respond to FS Chat requests in a timely manner. Send welcome message and contact guest whenever necessary.
  • Review and follow up on all special requests (Anniversary, honeymoon, birthday, etc.).
  • Report any anomalies in the guest's experience and add them to the respective database for follow up.
  • Maintain excellent communication and coordination with the departments that directly influence the Housekeeping operation, such as Front Desk, Engineering, IT, IRD, etc. Ensuring the guest, a unique experience.

What you bring:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
  • A minimum of two (2) years working in Guest Experience – Call Centre department.
  • One + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
  • Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
