Formación

  • At least 2 years of experience in Guest Experience or Call Centre roles.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is an asset.

About the role of Housekeeping Coordinator:

The Housekeeping Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of daily housekeeping services during AM and PM shifts, prepares daily reports, and maintains quality standards established by Four Seasons.

What you will do:

  • Track and assign rooms with arrivals for the day, ensuring readiness before guest check-in
  • Maintain reports on guest calls, DND status, and inventory necessary for the department
  • Respond promptly to FS Chat requests, send welcome messages, and contact guests as needed
  • Review and follow up on special requests (e.g., anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays)
  • Report any anomalies in guest experiences and document them for follow-up
  • Coordinate effectively with departments like Front Desk, Engineering, IT, and IRD to enhance guest experience

What you bring:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Guest Experience or Call Centre roles
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
  • Understanding of guest preferences and guest-centric approach
