Bacardi busca un/a Coordinador/a de Operaciones de Hotel para recibir y acompañar visitas, garantizando la satisfacción y diseñando experiencias únicas por grupo.

Serán responsables la capacitación de la marca y catas, coordinación de planes de asignación y logística de eventos, además de reuniones con líderes de mercado y calendario de reservaciones.

Formación

• Se requiere Licenciatura terminada.
• Inglés avanzado conversacional.
• Experiencia mínima 2 años en logística, organización de eventos y servicio al cliente.
• Conocimientos avanzados de Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Recepción de visitantes y actuación como anfitrión durante su visita.
• Capacitación de la marca, tequila y catas para grupos.
• Manejo y coordinación del plan de asignación de la Casona.
• Juntas mensuales con líderes de mercado.
• Creación de experiencias y planeación de eventos para clientes VIP.
• Diseño del calendario anual de reservaciones.
• Acompañamiento a visitantes en experiencias fuera de la destilería.

Hotel Operations Coordinator

Objetivo.

Recibir y acompañar a las visita garantizando la satisfaccion del cliente, asi como el diseño de experiencia unicas por grupo y necesidades de los Host.

Responsabilidad.

• 1-Recepcion de Visitantes, y anfitrion durante su visita .
• 2-Capacitacion de la marca, tequila y catados .
• 3-Manejo y coordinacion del plan de alocacion de la Casona.
• 4-Juntas mensuales con los lideres de mercado.
• 5-Creacion de experiencias y planeación de eventos para clientes VIP.
• 6-Diseño del calendario anual de reservaciones.
• 7-Acompañamiento a visitantes en experiencias fuera de la destilería.

Perfil.

• Licenciatura Terminada
• Ingles Avanzado Conversacional
• Experiencia minima de 2 años en empleos o estudios de áreas productivos.
• Experiencia minima de 2 años en logistica y organización de eventos.
• Experiencia minima de 2 años en Servicio al Cliente.
• Conocimientos Avanzados en Protocolo y Etiqueta.
• Conocimiento Avanzado de Excel.
