• Monitor and approve transactions: Review and authorize hotel sales, salaries, and expenses for financial integrity.
• Advise hotel leadership: Interpret financial data and recommend strategies to maximize profitability.
• Lead and develop the team: coach, mentor, evaluate performance, and drive high performance.
