Ford Motor Company in Mexico is seeking a skilled HIL/SIL/MIL integration engineer to advance our driveline and powertrain verification by building and maintaining automated test environments.

You will lead the integration across powertrain variants, verify SIL/HIL applications, and support end users while collaborating with the modeling team to improve data correlation. Strong scripting and CI pipeline skills are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, or C/C++.
• Experience debugging embedded systems.
• Experience with version control tools (Git/GitHub).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the integration of HIL/SIL/MIL applications across powertrain variants.
• 4 days on site in GTBC Ford México (Naucalpan, México).
• Verify and validate SIL/HIL applications.
• Support end users with issue resolution and new use cases.
• Collaborate with SIL/HIL modeling team to improve data correlation.
• Develop tools and maintain scripts for integration and delivery.
• Develop and maintain test cases to improve simulation quality.
• Create and update documentation for tools and methods.
• Partner with CI tools to define requirements and CI pipelines.
