Remote | PST or EST Hours | Full-Time | Fast-Paced & Cross-Functional

We’re hiring a High-Volume Talent Acquisition Specialist to support rapid hiring across multiple departments—including operations, sales, customer success, and more. You’ll manage multiple open roles at once, owning the recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working on a variety of roles, and has agency or in-house volume hiring experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate and non-technical roles
  • Keep high-volume pipelines organized and moving efficiently
  • Partner with hiring teams to write job descriptions, post roles, and schedule interviews
  • Screen candidates for experience, communication, and alignment
  • Maintain high-quality data and activity logs in your ATS
  • Recommend ways to improve hiring timelines, quality, and candidate engagement

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume or agency recruiting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings at once
  • Experience hiring for diverse roles—from entry-level to mid-management
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently on a PST/EST schedule

Bonus Points

  • Experience with franchise, retail, or service-based hiring
  • Creative sourcing skills and Boolean search proficiency
  • Strong prioritization and calendar management chops
