TE Connectivity invites an MFG & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER I to lead the design, planning and implementation of new high-speed cable manufacturing projects in Hermosillo, Sonora. You will work cross-functionally with design, quality, production and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to high-volume production.

- Gather data used to quantify production efficiency, safety measure effectiveness and resource usage.
- Researching methods for improving a product's quality and ensuring quality control in products.
- Evaluating manufacturing equipment to identify upgrades that will potentially increase the efficiency or quality of manufacturing processes.
- Identifying and documents potential inefficiencies and obsolete processes, technology and equipment.
Responsabilidades
- Lead design, planning and implementation of new high-speed cable manufacturing projects.
- Participate in production line debugging, pilot builds and process validation.
- Collaborate with design, quality, production and supply chain to transition from development to high-volume production.
- Define and execute the manufacturing strategy for new High-Speed Cable products.
