Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division seeks a High Performance Work Team Manager to lead manufacturing and new product introduction. The role guides hourly, indirect, and salaried resources to balance workload and drive safety, quality and continuous improvement within the Eaton Business System framework.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, driving High 5 metrics, and fostering a culture of engagement and empowerment, with a focus on delivering

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations.
• 3–5 years of experience leading others.
• Proficient in reading and writing English—95%.
• Customer focus (internal and external).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee manufacturing, new product introduction and production of deliverables.
• Lead a multifunctional team (15–25 headcount) to achieve High 5 metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement using EBS, BOS, CIF, and HPWTs.
• Lead Tier 1 & Tier 2 meetings to support Eaton initiatives in Tijuana.
• Achieve BOS metrics: TRCR, On-Time Delivery, DPPM, utilization and efficiency.
