Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. in Matamoros, Tamaulipas seeks a Master Production Scheduler to transform volatile demand into a ready-to-run schedule. You will manage complex BOMs, balance capacity, and drive scheduling accuracy using SAP and Power Query.

You will collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams while spending ~20% on-site validating capacity bottlenecks and ensuring full-kit readiness before production begins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Industrial), Supply Chain, or Administration.
• 3+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Technical English: Intermediate to advanced level for global team coordination.
• SAP Proficiency: Experience in SAP ECC 4.7 or S/4HANA (MD04, COHV, COOIS, Material Master maintenance).
• Capacity Planning: Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) experience to manage shop floor bottlenecks.
• BOM Management: Multi-level BOMs in electromechanical manufacturing.
• Inventory Strategy: ABC/XYZ analysis to set safety stocks and reorder points.
• Schedule Adherence Tracking: Define and improve KPIs related to plan execution.

Responsibilities

• High-Mix Schedule Management: Own the MPS for high-complexity lines, ensuring alignment between demand and production.
• Capacity & Bottleneck Resolution: Identify and resolve capacity constraints; ensure 100% material and resource availability for orders.
• System Transition & Logic: Execute daily planning in SAP 4.7 while migrating to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Data Intelligence: Use Power Query to audit and own the scheduling logic.
• Parameter Optimization: Set safety stocks, firm zones, and lead times for a large SKU portfolio.
• Order Acknowledgment: Maintain a 36-hour window for customer order confirmation and expedite outages.
• Supply Chain Collaboration: Work with Planning and Sourcing to ensure material flow and identify critical parts.
