YOUR TASKS
- Develop, define, and roll out global methodologies and standards for Systems Engineering and Architecture
- Provide expert coaching & consulting for engineering processes, System Engineering Methodologies, tools, and architecture-related inquiries
- Own & drive global initiatives and act as global product owner for system engineering related topics
- Lead cross-regional coordination with teams in Germany, Romania, China, and Vietnam
- Act as global owner of key training modules (e.g., Architecture Management with Rhapsody, Engineering Workflow Management - NEED methodology)
- Design & conceptualize training curriculums for scalable knowledge transfer
- Deliver regional and global trainings across the full System Engineering Methodology scope, processes & ALM toolchain (V-Modell, Requirements Engineering, System Architecture, Rhapsody, DOORS Classic, DOORS Next, EWM, etc.)
- Develop, maintain and evolve global guidelines & best practices for Requirements Engineering & architecture
- Contribute to talent evaluation
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Embedded Systems, Software Engineering/Computer Science or related field
- At least 10 years of proven expertise in Automotive System Engineering, System Architecture & Requirements Engineering with international automotive standards
- Expertise in system engineering toolchains (IBM Jazz ALM, DOORS, DOORS Next, Rhapsody)
- Experience in methodology development and establishing engineering standards at global level
- Strong track record in expert coaching & consulting and training delivery across international automotive teams
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-regional environment as Global Product Owner & Head Coach
- Innovative mindset to translate complex methods into practical solutions
- Fluent in English
