This remote-friendly position requires an individual with troubleshooting skills and a customer service mindset. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a service desk role and proficiency in English. The role also involves contributing to training documentation and participating in IT infrastructure support projects.

Job Description

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide support to end-users, located at our multiple PPG sites. You will resolve technical problems, whilst also responding to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support. This is a remote friendly position.

Main Responsibilities.

• Communicate with non-IT and IT specialists alike to ensure customer and service level standards are met.
• Contribute to definition of training documentation and training plans.
• Have a focus in IT solutions, aiming for quality and looking for first call solutions.
• IT infrastructure support.
• Participate in agreed infrastructure projects.
  
  

Qualifications.

• Previous experience in a service desk analyst role (aprox 1-2 years).
• Prioritize and complete tasks.
• Troubleshooting skills coupled with a "can do” attitude towards problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in ERP systems desirable.
