Descripción del empleo

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide support to end-users across multiple PPG sites. Your responsibilities include resolving technical issues and responding to calls, emails, and personnel requests for support. This position is friendly to remote work.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate effectively with both IT and non-IT staff to meet customer and service standards.
  2. Contribute to the development of training materials and plans.
  3. Focus on delivering quality IT solutions with an aim for first-call resolution.
  4. Support IT infrastructure.
  5. Participate in infrastructure projects as agreed.

Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of experience as a service desk analyst.
  2. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
  3. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  4. Proficiency in English.
  5. Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
