Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the heavy truck industry with a strong commercial background.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, distribution, and market expansion.
  • Strong network within the heavy truck sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with distributors and key clients.
  • Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
  • Resilient and flexible, comfortable with frequent travel and high workloads.
  • Fluent in English (B2-C2 level) for effective communication in an international setting.
