What You’ll Do

• Process and validate vendor invoices quickly and accurately
• Track and reconcile financial transactions across platforms
• Maintain clear documentation and support audit-readiness
• Identify and resolve discrepancies through vendor coordination
• Use tools like Excel, QuickBooks, or NetSuite to manage and report on data

What You Bring

• 3+ years in finance, billing, or accounting—with healthcare industry experience
• Direct experience with invoice processing, reconciliation, and documentation
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in data entry
