Texas Instruments Incorporated in Mexico is seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist - Safety and Health Specialist to promote a positive safety culture and manage IH programs.

You will design monitoring, conduct risk assessments, advise on MOC, lead controls implementation, analyze data, train staff, and maintain documentation to ensure audit readiness and health surveillance.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute IH monitoring programs (e.g., air sampling, noise dosimetry, chemical exposure, heat stress) to evaluate employee exposure to hazards.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for new equipment, processes, or chemical introductions, acting as a key reviewer in the MOC process.
• Recommend and oversee the implementation of the hierarchy of controls to mitigate identified risks.
• Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, prepare technical reports, and communicate actionable recommendations to management.
• Manage site-specific IH programs, including equipment maintenance, calibration schedules, and IH software/database integrity.
• Maintain documentation systems for EHS rules, inspection reports, and audit findings to ensure audit readiness.
• Assist in accident/incident investigations and recommend CAPA.
• Provide technical guidance by leading IH programs and participating in ESH meetings and forums.
• Develop and deliver training to employees and supervisors regarding IH hazards and safe work practices.
• Oversee employee medical surveillance programs, tracking occupational health data and long-term exposure trends.

• Ensure full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as TI corporate EHS standards.
• Design and execute IH monitoring programs (e.g., air sampling, noise dosimetry, chemical exposure, heat stress) to evaluate employee exposure to physical, chemical, and biological hazards.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for new equipment, processes, or chemical introductions, acting as a key technical reviewer in the Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Recommend and oversee the implementation of the hierarchy of controls (Elimination, Substitution, Engineering, Administrative, and PPE) to mitigate identified risks.
• Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, prepare technical reports, and communicate actionable recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Manage site‑specific IH programs, including equipment maintenance, calibration schedules, and IH software/database integrity.
• Maintain robust documentation systems for EHS rules, regulations, inspection reports, and audit findings to ensure audit readiness.
• Assist in accident/incident investigations and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide technical guidance by leading IH programs (e.g., ventilation, chemical safety, radiation safety, respirator programs) and participating in various ESH meetings and forums.
• Develop and deliver engaging training to employees and supervisors regarding IH hazards and safe work practices.
• Oversee employee medical surveillance programs, tracking occupational health data and long-term exposure trends to mitigate workplace health risks
